Don Lyme is the Owner and Managing Broker for Team Synergy Real Estate Group. Don retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, and immediately began his real estate profession. His prior experiences with the multiple moves provided Don with a clear vision on how a real estate professional should conduct business–Maximize Customer Service. His past clients have rewarded his service with additional business and referrals.
Don has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. Kelly Lynch is serving as the Managing Broker. She is a life-time Colorado resident, growing up in Limon, Colorado. A former elementary school teacher, Kelly attended the University of Northern Colorado in Greely where she played volleyball and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. She and her husband, Jason, relocated to Colorado Springs soon after graduating.
